Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager, Growth & CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for a unified CRM platform and drive roadmap prioritization
• Lead a dedicated squad to build and launch a next-generation CRM platform while ensuring integration across the product ecosystem
• Leverage customer insights to guide product direction and improve client acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven record of shipping impactful products
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing Senior Product Managers
• Experience in building and scaling growth-focused products within Consumer or SaaS companies
• Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into product experiences (preferred)
