Group Product Manager, Data Analytics

Job Summary

Driving product excellence in a remote setting, the full-time Group Product Manager, Data Analytics will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and analytics capabilities, transforming healthcare data into actionable insights while collaborating across teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the platform
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning and design through development, launch, and ongoing optimization
• Lead initiatives to transform raw healthcare data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance and security standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on data, analytics, or BI platforms in healthcare technology
• Proven ability to deliver data and analytics products in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and interoperability frameworks
• Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology vendors
• Expertise in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional product execution
