Group Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the product vision and strategy for core payment processing, the full-time Group Product Manager, Payments will optimize payment funnels, lead multi-partner infrastructure initiatives, and shape system architecture in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product vision and strategy for Payment Core, including payment method integrations and lifecycle management
• Drive optimization of payment funnels to enhance success rates and reduce transaction costs across global operations
• Lead the execution of multi-partner payments infrastructure to maximize reliability and cost efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with expertise in payments infrastructure or fintech platforms
• Proven track record in driving product strategy for large-scale payment processing systems
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
• Strong engagement with engineering on system architecture and APIs for payment processing
• Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and articulate platform strategy to senior leadership
