Group Product Manager - Store Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager in Store Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers in a portfolio, organize and communicate strategy, and provide executive-level updates
• Manage 4-6 direct reports, conduct coaching conversations, and support career development
• Define product strategy, prioritize work, set metrics, and drive accountability for product outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of lean product management, human-centered design, and Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing product and software development lifecycles, defining product vision and strategies, and launching products
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership, manage third-party vendors, and possess high organizational agility
• Previous management experience for a team of product managers
• Curious attitude and desire to learn
