Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related roles
• 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Experience in evolving product development processes at scale
• Proven ability to design systems and workflows in cross-functional organizations
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
