Group Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise PMO, the full-time Group Program Manager will design and oversee PMO operations, manage cross-functional dependencies, and develop PMO talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement PMO governance frameworks, reporting standards, and intake processes
- Manage portfolio reporting and ensure data quality as a single source of truth for leadership
- Identify and mitigate execution risks across multiple business functions, facilitating resource planning and initiative tracking
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in program or portfolio management, with at least 3 years in a senior role within fintech or financial services
- Proven experience in creating commercial narratives for C-suite stakeholders
- Strong background in delivery risk identification and management across various business functions
- Experience in designing PMO operating models and governance frameworks in growth-stage organizations
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent and manage senior practitioners effectively
