Group Program Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Group Program Specialist will manage the design and logistics of various wine group programs, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication with partners while utilizing event management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of group programs, including contracts, budgets, and event planning
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring program goals are met
• Provide exceptional onsite and offsite support for wine groups and tours, addressing client concerns promptly

Required qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in group or event planning, particularly with international destinations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Planner, Publisher, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
• Familiarity with Cvent is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to select domestic and international destinations
