Group Rating Associate

Job Summary

Executing accurate and timely rating for employer group renewals, the full-time Group Rating Associate will conduct production rating, assist in quality reviews, and support Sales and Underwriting teams while working remotely or onsite in Kansas or Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct production rating for employer group renewals ensuring accuracy and compliance with rating methodologies
• Assist in the quality review of production rating, ensuring adherence to established guidelines
• Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth execution of rating processes and timely delivery of reports

Required qualifications

• Three years' experience related to rating, finance, statistics, or computer science; or 12 hours of college math (including College Algebra or higher) or computer applications/programming
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience supporting Sales teams or Underwriting in a rating or pricing capacity preferred
• Familiarity with rating methodologies, contract facilitation, and regulatory compliance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Underwriting systems
