Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Reservations Manager to oversee the operations of the Group Reservations team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Group Reservations team and act as a liaison between Reservations, Sales, and Events
• Manage the Group Turnover process, ensuring accuracy of contracts, rates, and inventory
• Conduct daily reviews of group and hotel inventory to prevent overbooking and optimize availability

Required Qualifications

• Experience in group reservations, sales coordination, or hotel reservations management in a hospitality environment
• Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel property management systems
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
