Group Retirement Product Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog of core retirement platforms, the full-time Group Retirement Platform Product Manager will oversee platform capabilities, collaborate with IT and operations for scalable integrations, and ensure compliance with regulatory shifts while working in a hybrid environment from Jersey City, Houston, or Charlotte.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions
- Partner with IT and operations to build scalable, event-driven data models and robust third-party payroll/sponsor integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to launch new platform capabilities and define product positioning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in financial services, specifically within the retirement services industry
- 5+ years in platform management, focused on SaaS, fintech, or defined-contribution recordkeeping systems
- Deep familiarity with retirement data structures and compliance rules
- Hands-on experience with agile planning tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business
