Group Sales Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Central Sales Management leaders and participating hotels, the full-time hourly Group Sales Analyst will manage the group sales lifecycle by preparing contracts, coordinating billing information, maintaining rooming lists, and producing reports in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer group sales activities for assigned hotels, ensuring timely completion of contracts and documentation
• Maintain accurate data in Hyatt-approved systems, including Envision, Reserve, Opera, and Cvent
• Prepare and distribute sales reports to support decision-making for hotel and Central Sales leaders

Required qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hotel operations, sales, reservations, customer service, or administrative support
• Proficiency in managing data accuracy across multiple systems
• Experience with hotel systems such as Envision, Opera, Reserve, or Cvent is preferred
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
• A productive and professional home office workspace is required
