Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Sales Director responsible for overseeing revenue and performance in the New England and NYC Metro independent agency business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a sales team to achieve revenue targets and maintain performance standards
  • Drive revenue growth through existing and new agency partnerships while managing strategic deal-making
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client expectations


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital media or advertising sales
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams responsible for $15M+ in annual revenue
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with agency and brand clients
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape and programmatic experience
