Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and conduct site inspections to generate business for guest rooms and event spaces
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and follow up on customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales, event, and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a 4-5 star hotel sales environment
• Understanding of the Andaz clientele and incentive travel
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and yield management
• Ability to adapt to changes in policies and work environment
