Group Senior Accountant (Germany)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and group financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Review intercompany transactions and resolve out-of-balance issues
• Lead compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaise with auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent
• CPA or equivalent certification required
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS is required
• Business fluency in German and English
