Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and close cases and tasks while consistently meeting KPI expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS, PowerPoint)
• Experience utilizing CRM tools for business management
• Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments
