Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Group Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop teams responsible for EDI processes and manage workflow
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and handle escalated issues
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and operational success

Required Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a service-based environment, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Background in insurance, eligibility, or benefits administration is ideal
• Proven experience in developing and mentoring teams and managing performance
• Ability to manage complex workflows and improve team efficiency through metrics
• Comfortable with technology and system administration; experience with EDI is a plus
