Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for travel professional group clients, the full-time remote Group Specialist will manage customer interactions, drive revenue growth, and support Business Development Managers while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for group clients, addressing customer demands through inbound and outbound communication
- Drive revenue growth by analyzing bookings and identifying opportunities for upgrades and future travel needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and Business Development Managers to enhance customer relationships and optimize service delivery
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account service or consultative selling techniques
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, including closing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage customer complaints and provide proactive solutions effectively
- Proficiency in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
