Group Underwriting Consultant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant II National Accounts Group Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex new business and renewal requests for coverage in the National segment with 5000+ lives
• Analyze customer data to determine pricing and risk acceptance, and negotiate benefits with brokers
• Prepare and determine complex coverage and pricing proposals while providing direction to operational teams

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 5-7+ years of group life and/or disability underwriting experience
