Group Vice President

Job Summary

Overseeing the financial and commercial performance of the division, the full-time Group Vice President will manage branch personnel, coordinate resources for growth initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service levels while aligning regional priorities with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the division's P&L and oversee branch management to support customer VMI programs and transactional clients
• Coordinate divisional resources to drive growth initiatives and mentor team members in problem-solving and corrective action techniques
• Remove organizational barriers and resolve escalations to maintain high service levels and customer retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• Minimum of five years of general management experience in the fastener industry or high-volume distribution environment
• Ability to read and understand financial documents such as income statements and balance sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, BI, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop employees effectively
