Job Summary

Leading a critical revenue segment within the commercial organization, the full-time salaried Group Vice President of Sales will oversee Senior Vice Presidents and their teams, driving revenue performance and executing go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and lead the strategy and operating plan for assigned segments, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Own the business forecast, including pipeline inspection and deal strategy, while holding senior leaders accountable for execution

Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proven expertise in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding revenue targets

  • Ability to assess pipeline health and translate business signals into actionable decisions
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance pipeline inspection and decision-making processes
