Job Summary
Leading a critical revenue segment within the commercial organization, the full-time salaried Group Vice President of Sales will oversee Senior Vice Presidents and their teams, driving revenue performance and executing go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy and operating plan for assigned segments, ensuring alignment with company priorities
- Own the business forecast, including pipeline inspection and deal strategy, while holding senior leaders accountable for execution
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Proven expertise in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial judgment and experience in complex negotiations and executive-level conversations
- Ability to assess pipeline health and translate business signals into actionable decisions
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance pipeline inspection and decision-making processes
