Group Vice President, Program Management

Job Summary

Leading a complex portfolio of programs, the remote Group Vice President, Program Management will drive operational excellence and client value creation while ensuring integrated delivery across financial performance and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of programs with full accountability for delivery health and margin realization
• Champion the EDGE connected delivery framework to ensure engagements are aligned with defined business outcomes
• Oversee the integration of AI tools into delivery processes, enhancing operational efficiency and client perception

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of delivery leadership experience in a fast-paced agency environment with portfolios of $20M+
• Proven track record of managing large anchor accounts and building relationships with C-suite clients
• Experience in delivering complex digital programs across various channels, including CRM and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong financial management skills, including margin, forecasting, and commercial risk assessment
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies for large programs
