Job Summary
To build and grow the Groups division, the full-time remote Groups Travel Advisor will develop systems and processes, execute sales for group travel, and manage contracts and rates while collaborating with tech teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the framework for UJV's Groups division, including sales strategies and operational workflows
- Act as the primary sales advisor for group travel, managing inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients
- Review and negotiate supplier contracts and group concessions to ensure profitability and competitive offerings
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in group travel sales within the B2B travel industry
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and B2B agency dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully selling and managing group travel bookings
- Ability to identify operational challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve them
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of building processes with minimal direction
