Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Director, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts, focusing on growth and retention
  • Proactively generate pipeline through strategic prospecting across the book of business
  • Develop expansion strategies across business units and functions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of emerging SaaS sales experience within an ACV range of $50K to $150K
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology, data solutions, CDP, or RevTech
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple departments
  • Strong storytelling and negotiation skills to communicate product value
