Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to drive revenue through customer expansion and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
  • Consultative approach with a strategic mindset
  • Self-motivated and competitive with a strong ownership of results
