Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage existing SMB customer accounts and drive revenue through product expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and position expanded product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
- Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
- Self-motivated and competitive with a strong ownership mindset
