Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and build outbound lead pipeline
- Educate free-tier users on the value of upgrading to paid plans through discovery calls and product demos

Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, SDR/BDR, or high-velocity inside sales
- Exposure to commercial real estate underwriting or financial modeling
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- High motivation and willingness to learn in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
