Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flex Growth Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position expanded product offerings
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a track record of exceeding sales performance goals
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation
  • A consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
  • A growth and ownership mindset, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience
