Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flex Growth Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and position expanded product offerings
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills including discovery and negotiation techniques
  • Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a strong ownership mindset
