Job Summary
A company is looking for a Flex Growth Account Executive to drive revenue growth through customer expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and position expanded product offerings
- Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
- Consultative approach to sales with a focus on driving new perspectives
- Self-motivated with a competitive and resilient mindset
