Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time salaried Growth Account Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process, prospecting and converting inbound leads into paying customers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including self-sourcing up to 50% of the pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to align solutions with customer business goals
- Lead executive-level presentations to demonstrate how the technology unlocks scalability for prospects
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB to Mid-Market environments
- Proficiency in modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and outbound marketing
- Ability to make 40+ outbound calls per day and manage multiple tasks effectively
