Job Summary

To drive market presence and revenue growth, the full-time remote Growth Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, create content-driven strategies, and build brand awareness while closing deals and engaging with the recruiting community.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales by managing the full cycle from qualification to closing, while converting inbound leads and conducting targeted outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with founders to strategize on brand positioning and growth initiatives, translating ideas into actionable experiments
  • Develop engaging customer stories and distribute them across various channels to enhance brand visibility in the AI recruiting space
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies and marketing experiments
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting technology landscape and competitive dynamics
  • Ability to create compelling content and engage with industry leaders on platforms like LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working autonomously and thriving in a high-ownership role
