Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth with existing customers and executing renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth with existing customers and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Own and execute renewals for a diverse customer portfolio, ensuring timely execution of processes and contracts
  • Identify growth opportunities, address potential risks, and develop win-win negotiation strategies for renewals

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS/Software Company
  • Proficient in managing a substantial account volume and adept at identifying issues and opportunities
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, hard-working, close-knit team environment
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills
