Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Manager to own post-sales revenue outcomes for a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of Growth customers, managing renewals and expansion
  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations, including discovery and commercial negotiation
  • Maintain accurate account plans and surface customer feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable discussing value, growth, and pricing in a post-sales context
  • Ability to manage a larger book of accounts while staying organized
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events
  • Technical curiosity regarding GTM tooling, data flows, and integrations
