Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Account Manager to own post-sales revenue outcomes for a portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Growth customers, managing renewals and expansion
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations, including discovery and commercial negotiation
- Maintain accurate account plans and surface customer feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable discussing value, growth, and pricing in a post-sales context
- Ability to manage a larger book of accounts while staying organized
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events
- Technical curiosity regarding GTM tooling, data flows, and integrations
