Job Summary

Execution-focused and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Growth Activation Specialist will activate and accelerate partner-led, corporate, and audience acquisition campaigns through outbound and direct engagement channels, ensuring campaigns progress smoothly post-launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound and direct audience acquisition campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and related channels
  • Activate partner and corporate campaigns by coordinating outreach motions with sales and partner teams
  • Manage campaign execution logistics including lists, sequencing, messaging alignment, and follow-up motions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or campaign execution roles
  • Hands-on experience with outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms from a user and execution perspective
  • Experience supporting or working with sales and/or partner teams
  • B2B technology or services experience preferred
