Growth Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst who will support the team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels and automating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards
• Test hypotheses by selecting suitable experiment designs, defining metrics, and setting timeframes
• Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effects of the Growth team's initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, and Python
• Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics
• Experience in designing and conducting experiments
• Familiarity with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics
