Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst - Chief of Staff to the CGSO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Chief Growth Strategy Officer to execute sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Provides sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decisions
• Acts as a liaison between the CGSO, sales teams, and P&L owners for project management and communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or a similar role
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Understanding of federal markets and experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
