Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst to support their analytical department in exploring leads behavior and automating processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards
Test hypotheses by selecting suitable experiment designs and defining metrics
Analyze and evaluate the impact of Growth team's initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, and Python; experience with PySpark, AWS, GitLab, and AirFlow is a plus
Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics
Experience in designing and conducting experiments
Familiarity with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics
