Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst to support the Member Growth team in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from various sources to generate insights and support decision-making
• Conduct analyses for Growth leadership and maintain existing dashboards and reports
• Drive forecasting and manage experimentation setup and results tracking

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in analytics or a data-related field
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or similar environment
• Proficiency with technical tools/languages such as Looker, Big Query, SQL, and Python
• Strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity about business context
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and problems
