Key Responsibilities

• Scale acquisition profitably by optimizing spend and defining CAC ceilings
• Increase 24-month contribution margin per cohort through tracking and analysis
• Own measurement infrastructure and dashboards to ensure reliable performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Strong track record in growth, marketing analytics, or subscription analytics
• Deep understanding of cohort behavior, retention curves, and contribution margin economics
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building scalable dashboards
• Experience with marketing measurement frameworks like MMM and incrementality testing
• Comfort in scrappy environments with evolving reporting systems
