• Engage with stakeholders to apply insights for decision-making and contribute to thought leadership on workforce development

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in analytical or advisory roles
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel or PowerBI; experience with labor market data platforms is a plus
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders with credibility and adaptability
• Experience in labor market analysis or workforce development is preferred
• Familiarity with AI trends and their implications for workforce programs is advantageous
