Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth & Analytics Lead to drive revenue through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own paid media across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Search
  • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise brand leads
  • Design and optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle flows
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, RevOps, or a related function
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media and funnel optimization
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle, and attribution, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience running surveys and analyzing data
  • Builder mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
