Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Growth & Demand Generation to lead lead generation and pipeline growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
  • Build and run multi-channel acquisition programs and develop persona-based campaigns
  • Manage CRM and marketing database, lead demand-driving webinars, and partner with Sales for pipeline generation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 6+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Proven success in generating measurable pipeline through multi-channel programs
  • Strong CRM and marketing automation experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Highly analytical and ROI-focused with dashboard ownership experience
  • High-energy, hands-on operator with the ability to align Sales and Marketing around pipeline outcomes
