Job Summary

Growth and Operations Lead, responsible for supporting government growth objectives through customer engagement and market research in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with U.S. Government and commercial customers to develop relationships and identify opportunities
• Conduct market research and track industry activity to provide insights for business development
• Support capture activities and proposal development by contributing customer intelligence and content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in business development, capture, or proposal efforts
• Experience engaging directly with customers or partners
