Job Summary

In a fully remote capacity, the Growth and Operations Lead is responsible for supporting government growth objectives through customer engagement, market research, and opportunity identification in a salaried role.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with U.S. Government and commercial customers to develop relationships and shape opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track industry activity for the business development team
• Provide proposal support, including content contribution and compliance checks, while collaborating with various internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in business development, capture, or proposal efforts
• Experience engaging directly with customers or partners
• Successful completion of a background check
