Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth and Retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Create strategies for top of funnel audience growth and customer retention
• Optimize marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and provide performance reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience in digital retention marketing and direct-to-consumer digital products
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
