Growth and Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, BlinkRx Growth & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive core offerings forward by collaborating with Product and Operations teams
• Develop initiatives for product innovation and operational effectiveness
• Manage P&L accountability for accounts across the revenue funnel

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional projects within consulting, tech, or startups
• Preferred background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy in healthcare or life sciences
• Strong analytical skills and execution capabilities
• Experience managing multiple competing projects and collaborating cross-functionally
• Preferred MBA or background in strategic consulting
