Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Associate to support the expansion of the Cosmos ecosystem through builder engagement and institutional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of growth programs, including developer events and educational initiatives
• Assist with sourcing and managing leads in the technical and institutional pipeline
• Conduct ecosystem and market research to support partner outreach and strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in growth, business development, community, program management, or startup/VC operations
• Demonstrated interest and experience in web3, crypto, or developer ecosystems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter attitude with a bias for execution and action
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
