Growth Associate

Job Summary

To support families navigating mental health services, the part-time Growth Associate will engage with potential patients, screen for eligibility, and schedule appointments, all while working remotely for 20 hours a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers to introduce Flourish Health's mental health services
• Screen potential patients for eligibility and manage challenging conversations effectively
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient readiness and understanding of services

Required qualifications:

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Must be 18 years or older
