Growth Associate

Job Summary

To support families in accessing mental health services, the full-time Growth Associate will engage with patients, screen for eligibility, and facilitate appointment scheduling while working remotely with occasional in-person events.

Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers to introduce mental health services
• Screen potential patients for eligibility and navigate challenging conversations
• Schedule and follow up on appointments to ensure patient readiness and understanding

Required qualifications:

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably in healthcare
• Must be 18 years or older
