Growth Associate
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Data Services business, the remote Growth Associate will source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators across various skill profiles and languages, directly impacting project timelines and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-touch sourcing and recruiting using various platforms to find specialized annotators
- Leverage AI workflows and automation to scale sourcing channels while enhancing quality and annotator experience
- Establish vetting pipelines to assess annotators based on project requirements and expertise
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
- Fluency in building AI workflows to enhance sourcing effectiveness
- Comfort with owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume and time-to-fill
- A track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments
